RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you have a change of heart once your purchase has been delivered, returns will be accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.*
Please carefully read this Return Policy before making a purchase.
1. Returned Product(s) must be in new, and unused condition (not physically broken or damaged).
2. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return, original packaging, user manuals, Inserts, and other printed documents.
3. Any products damaged as a result of external factors, e.g. due to bad handling by the customer, are not covered by this return policy.
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. An RMA Number can be obtained by emailing our customer care center at info@trycastolux.com.
If you returned your order without RMA, please note that it will not be eligible for a refund request.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
Customers are responsible for shipping the returned product to us. We are not responsible for lost or stolen returns and we recommend returning the product using a method that allows you to track and confirm its delivery.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned products have not been opened. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information so we can process the refund.
I RECEIVED DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCOMPLETE, OR WRONG ITEM(S). WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please contact us immediately within 30 days from the delivery date and specify the damage, defect, missing, or wrong item(s) including;
I. a picture of the defective/ damaged item or,
II. if you received an incomplete order, kindly send us a picture of all the items that you received.
Our customer service representatives will inspect your complaints and proceed with available options for the defective products for replacement. We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Accepted within 24 hours before the item(s) have been shipped to cancel your order. In case your order has already been shipped, kindly follow the return policies stated above that correspond to your reason for return.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Please note that Try Glamory cannot be held responsible for shipment delays due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances. Any pre-orders have the stock arrival date noted on the product page at the time of purchase.
